In 2019, first publish. The article content consisted of two languages, namely Indonesian and Arabic.

In 2020, a system error occurred at OJS due to data migration on institutional hosting as the journal's main domain which resulted in articles in 2019 and 2020 not being detected so that the journal manager re-uploaded it.

In 2021, the organizers of the Al-Fusha Journal decided to use Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for content. While the abstract is written in English and Indonesian/Arabic. Besides, the layout of manuscripts and template were also changed to match the standards used in journal manuscripts.

In 2021, Al-Fusha changed the identity color from #de0021 to #51000c for some reasons of user convenience. In addition, Al-Fusha also changed the layout to ensure the convenience of visitors.

In 2022, Al-Fusha decided to give choices to authors since Volume 4 Number 1 2022 using one of three languages, namely Bahasa Indonesian, English, or Arabic. The purpose of this decision is to target a more diverse audience and as a form of scientific works democratization after accreditation of Sinta 4 by Arjuna in January 2022.
