Mabahits : Jurnal Hukum Keluarga is a study journal on the study of Sharia Science and Islamic law including: the scope of worship, the law on the family or the law of private entities (ahkam al-ahwal al-syakhshiyyah), the law on material things (al-ahkam al-madaniyyah), criminal law (al-ahkam al-jinaiyayah), procedural law (al-ahkam al-murafa'at), constitutional law (al-ahkam al-dusturiyyah), and international law (al-ahkam al-dauliyyah)

Mabahits : Jurnal Hukum Keluarga is published every six months, namely every Mei and November published by UAS press since the first publication year of Vol. 1 No. 1 Mei , 2020 until now. 

Mabahits : Jurnal Hukum Keluarga can be accessed freely in the sense that all articles can be accessed free of charge, both by users and administrators. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or cite articles without first asking permission from the publisher or author.
