Transformasi Kemitraan Strategis Rumah-Pesantren dalam Menyelaraskan Keteladanan Moral Santri

Abstract

Character education in the digital disruption era is frequently hampered by a disconnection between parenting patterns in boarding schools (pesantren) and the home environment, which triggers moral ambivalence in students. This study explores the partnership dynamics at the Az-Zainiyah Region of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid in synchronizing role modeling to enhance student engagement and information literacy. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical case study design and the Miles-Huberman analysis model, the results demonstrate that intensive communication between caregivers and parents effectively bridges the moral gap, transforms students' learning paradigms from passive to active, and fosters intrinsic motivation through the culture of tabayyun (verification). These findings confirm that strategic partnerships establish psychological safety, enabling students to develop their intellectual potential, and prove that successful value internalization relies on parents acting as active partners in maintaining moral continuity. The implications of this research provide a practical blueprint for developing an Islamic educational sociology that is resilient to modern challenges, emphasizing that a successful character education ecosystem is the product of synergistic integration between the pesantren care system and consistent domestic support.
